SJMSAA, in collaboration with KTLYST Fitness & Athlete Lab, offers a range of specialized programs designed to elevate middle school athletes' fitness and performance in small groups of up to 8 Athletes with 2 expert Coaches leading the session. With a focus on sport science, these programs are tailored to each athlete's unique needs, drawing on in-depth testing and expert knowledge gained from working with top-tier athletes. The programs are available year-round, allowing flexibility to fit seamlessly into your sports schedule!

SESSION OPTIONS?

Middle School Strength Lab

Choose from 6, 10, or 14-week programs with 3 sessions per week. Through our app, you can easily reserve your sessions for the upcoming week, providing flexibility and convenience. Registration is ongoing, so you can start whenever it fits your schedule.

 

Speed & Agility Training

$80 Monthly Membership includes 1 session per week on either Saturday or Sunday. Contact us for current times. 

Sport Specific Skills Training

Available in 1 on 1 Sessions, Small Groups or Workshops/Clinics/Camps

Who Are We?

KTLYST Athlete Lab is led by Rob Reeves, co-owner and Director of Sports Performance. Rob is a former Division 1 track athlete with a deep passion for athletic development. He holds a degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s in Exercise Science & Chronic Diseases. With extensive experience working with athletes at the highest levels, Rob is dedicated to helping each individual reach their peak performance through personalized, science-backed training.
